Your visit, step by step

Here is exactly what happens.

Four photographs, four plain sentences, from the parking lot to your results. Nothing about an urgent care visit should be a surprise.

Shot needed Photo 2 · Parking and front walk · 3:2 Shot from car-door height in overcast daylight, framing the whole walk from a parked car to the doors so the distance reads as short. No people, no cars with plates.
01

Arrive

Park and walk in.

The lot is right at the door. No appointment and no check-in call ahead. Come as you are.

Shot needed Photo 3 · Reception desk with staff · 3:2 From the patient's side of the counter, counter in the foreground, window light only. Hands and shoulders of one staff member. No faces without a signed release.
02

Check in

Check in at the desk.

Bring your ID and insurance card. Self pay is $100 and up for an office visit. DOT physicals are $140 flat.

Shot needed Photo 4 · Exam room, wide · 3:2 Wide and square to the room, lit by the window, exam table and cabinetry both in frame. Clear the counter of anything that identifies a patient before shooting.
03

Be seen

See a provider.

Our physician assistants have emergency room experience. The same people treat you every visit.

Shot needed Photo 5 · Rapid test tray on the lab counter · 3:2 Close in on the tray with shallow depth of field, natural light, no flash. Detail shot, no hands, no patient labels anywhere in frame.
